About the Project
The Travis Perkins Perk Builder loyalty campaign was designed to reward and engage Travis Perkins customers while fostering long-term loyalty. The platform allowed customers to collect points with every purchase, which they could redeem for exclusive products online, creating a seamless and rewarding shopping experience.
To enhance engagement, I designed the platform with interactive gamification elements that made tracking progress both intuitive and visually engaging. One feature was a tape measure that grew as points accumulated, providing a clear and relatable representation of their rewards journey. Another standout element was a house-building visualisation, where points contributed to constructing a house. As customers reached different milestones in the build, they were automatically entered into competitions to win exciting experience days and other exciting rewards. These gamified touchpoints added a layer of fun and motivation, encouraging repeat purchases and deeper engagement with the brand.
By combining practical rewards with imaginative gamification, the Perk Builder campaign successfully strengthened customer loyalty and underscored Travis Perkins’ commitment to valuing its customers.
