About the Project

MLP is a Loyalty Marketing Agency based in Warrington, aiming to position itself as the market leader in the loyalty space. To achieve this, they wanted to create a unique event that would educate attendees on the importance of brand loyalty and how to effectively build it with customers.

Held at Hotel Football, I conceptualised a football-themed, Apprentice-style event called Loyalty FC. Attendees were invited to form teams and participate in workshops, where they had the opportunity to design their own loyalty platforms. The winning team walked away with the prestigious Loyalty Cup. The event was attended by industry leaders from major brands like NIKE and IKEA, further underscoring its significance in the loyalty marketing landscape.

The event included various activations and touchpoints that highlighted MLP’s core services and their vital role in successful loyalty marketing. These included gamification, acts of kindness, and - my personal favourite - personalisation, where guests were able to customise their very own Loyalty FC jerseys. These interactive experiences showcased how MLP's services can foster deeper customer engagement and strengthen brand loyalty.
